Organic spring wild garlic

A very aromatic blend with a strong flavor of wild garlic and garlic. Delicious as pesto with pasta, as salad herbs, as a base for herb soup (just add water and crème fraîche – done!), as a spread, with fish or meat.

By the way: wild garlic is rich in minerals and has a detoxifying effect!
